To receive the status of your transcript, please complete the form below. When completing the form, please enter the email address for the attorney who ordered the transcript in the Ordering Attorney Email required field. In the Status Reply Email field, please enter the email address for the person who is to receive the status update. In order to receive the status update, it is required that the email address entered in the Status Reply Email field be associated with the ordering firm.
